Happy 1 Year Anniversary to my Tumblr! One year ago today I started this Tumblr off with a series of Paul Henderson photographs as a way to celebrate Black History Month and the fact that the Henderson Collection had recently become available to the public.
Now I am curating an exhibition of Paul Henderson’s work. The exhibit will open the same night as Seen & Heard: Maryland’s Civil Rights Era in Photographs and Oral Histories, a free panel discussion on civil rights, Henderson Collection, and McKeldin-Jackson Oral History Project. The exhibit opening and panel discussion are on 02/23, 6p. Admission is free and open to the public.
Thank you to all my followers! I’ve loved your comments, likes, and reblogs over the last year.
